- Registration fee & Security fee should be submitted by Debit card/ Credit card / E-challan.
- Candidates should register separately for MD/ MS/ Diploma & DNB course, and the security fee is deposited separately for each course.
- Candidates registered in the first round of counselling are not required to register again.
- Those Candidates who have registered in the first round but have not submitted the security fee will have to submit a security fee, to be eligible.
- Candidates allotted government medical college should report to the allotted college and complete the admission process and do their duties.
- Candidates allotted Private medical college should report to Nodal centre and complete admission process, after that report to the admitted college and do their duties.

- The mani page will appear on the screen.
- There you can see the link of UP NEET-PG 2022 (MD / MS / DNB) 2nd Round REGISTRATION
- Click on that link.
- Enter the details like Select Course, Roll Number, Email id, Captcha.
- Click on the login button.
- Fill in the details, and upload documents.
- Click on the submit button.
